90 minutes in a sitting position is considered yoga

Yoga is for everyone. Yoga is like any other art. You can start with no prior lesson, and with practice, you can get better. Yoga is just for you and your own enjoyment.

Treat your body like a sacred temple because not only you just have one, it also holds you everyday of your life.

Free your mind and just be. This might seem like a bunch of things that many people say, but if you never try, you will never know.

Yoga is not to proof anyone how good you are. Yoga is a gift to your mind and soul.
There are hundreds of philosophies, postures and types of yoga. Find what works and resonates with you. I like to combine dance with yoga. Real yoga comes with no instructions, just breathe and see how each day your feelings, emotions and body changes.

Enjoy it at your own pass and way!

Good luck for the braves who will try, and by the way; 90 minutes in a sitting position or child’s pose it is considered yoga. Anything that it makes you feel better, while stretching your body and releasing your mind is Yoga.

Health and Happiness!

Here I also want to share some quotes I found:

“When you find peace within yourself, you become the kind of person who can live at peace with others.” ~ Peace Pilgrim

“I have been a seeker and I still am, but I stopped asking the books and the stars. I started listening to the teaching of my Soul.” ~ by Rumi

“It is not arrogant or egotistical to feel good inside. You had nothing to do with it. It’s simply the honest response to clearly perceived Reality.” ~ Erich Schiffman
“Wisdom is knowing we are all One. Love is what it feels like and Compassion is what it acts like.” ~ Ethan Walker III

“Mindfulness helps you go home to the present. And every time you go there and recognize a condition of happiness that you have, happiness comes.” ~ Thich Nhat Hanh

“All I’m saying is that to liberate the potential of your mind, body and soul, you must first expand your imagination. You see, things are always created twice: first in the workshop of the mind and then, and only then, in reality. I call this process ‘blueprinting’ because anything you create in your outer world began as a simple blueprint in your inner world.” ~ Robin Sharma, The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari

“Be a lamp to yourself. Be your own confidence. Hold on to the truth within yourself as to the only truth.” ~ Buddha
